state-owned, protected land and old southern

Tilly Island is a high bluff, 112-acre island connected
to the mainland by a 150 ft. gated causeway. The
island features a community dock on the famous Old
Chehaw River, over 75+ acres of common area on
the island and the adjourning mainland. Tilly Island
consists of 16 lots which average 5 acres each.
Modern amenities include underground electric and
phones. An approved master dock plan for all
waterfront lots has been secured. With spectacular
